Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5-10 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which keep a watch out for a SMS/Email notification that you will receive from us, once your order is shipped.


We offer FREE Shipping on orders.

International Shipping

We only ship within India but accept most International credit cards.

Unable to Deliver

If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre and your account will be refunded for the order amount. The refund is applicable only for PRE-PAID Orders.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancelling an order

Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details in “My Account” section and click on “Cancel”. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier partner. We will refund your order after it is received at our fulfilment centre. You can also send an email or call our customer care team to cancel the order. Contact us HERE

Return Process

All returns requests must be received within 5 days of the order being received by you. To return a product, view the order details in “My Account” section and click on “Return”. Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.

Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving your shopping experience. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and email.

Orders placed during the lockdown

Incase you have placed an order during the lockdown period, please note the following:

SAFETY MEASURES- We thank you for your patronage and we want you to be rest assured that as an organisation we are following stringent safety measures for all our employees and in our warehouses. We are adhering to the protocols laid down by the Health Ministry, which include:

a. Daily Temperature Checks of All Employees

b. Daily Sanitisation/ Fumigation of the warehouse premises

c. In house Doctor stationed at the warehouse

d. Mandatory use of masks and gloves

e. Ample provision of sanitisers, clean drinking water and garbage disposal bins

f. Social Distancing- Employees working in shifts, with only one employee per worktable

g. Regular Announcement of Safety Measures

h. Contact Less Delivery of Products

PAYMENT- In order to maximise your safety and that of our delivery partners, we have temporarily disabled the ‘cash on delivery’ payment option. This has been done to minimise the hand- exchange of currency notes . We encourage you to place your order via alternative payment methods like debit card/ credit card or netbanking

DELIVERY- While we have resumed deliveries, most deliveries will still be delayed, owing to govt. restrictions in certain areas and/or pincodes


a. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your pre-paid order/s, please raise a request for return on the website, and we will issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. These credits can be redeemed for purchase whenever convenient.

The above is also applicable for orders that have been dispatched, but have not been received/ accepted by the customer.

b. Our on-ground courier/delivery partners have not resumed the return pick up service, thus while the brand will be accepting requests for returns, please expect a delay in return pick up and subsequent refund.

CANCELLATIONS- If an existing order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded as credits in your website account.

Return Policy

Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear, and accessories including sunglasses. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes) at the time of collection by our courier partner.

The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 5-7 working days post receipt of goods at our fulfilment centre.

Fair Usage Policy

At it has always been an endeavour to cater effectively to our discerning customer, by offering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. However, there are instances where we have seen a misuse of the many services that we offer, specially on ‘free returns’ or failing to accept a ‘cash on delivery’ shipment. To circumvent this issue and to be able to upkeep our level of efficiency and customer satisfaction, going forward, the brand will reserve the right to levy a shipping charge or disable the option of cash on delivery and/ or not accept orders altogether from certain pincodes/ registered email ids.

Returns with Promo Code

If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.


If you had opted for cash on delivery at the time of purchase, please provide your bank details in “My Accounts” section while placing the return request. You may also send the following details from your registered email id to initiate your refund:

Orders & Tracking

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.

Split Shipments

Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple parts so we can get you each part of your order faster, therefore, one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.

Order Delays or Cancellations

We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at ‎ with your order/tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.

Orders Cancelled by Bestseller

Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued
  • The item is damaged in transit
  • The product does not comply with our quality standards

In such cases, you will be intimated via SMS/Email and subsequently we will refund the amount to your account- incase of a pre-paid order

Damaged on Arrival

If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing ‎

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment option in most of the pin codes we deliver to.
